7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After this 7-day period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you can:

  • Log in to your customer account on our store and follow the return instructions.

  • Contact our customer service team directly through the contact form on our online store.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) back to us.

Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • In its perfect and sellable condition with all tags still attached.

  • In its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate clothing (including, but not limited to, bikinis and underwear).

  • All items marked as "Sale" or purchased from our sale section.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your returned item arrives back with us, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will then send you an email to let you know if your return has been approved.

If your return is approved, you can choose between:

  • A full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Store credit to use on a future purchase.

Please allow our team up to 10 business days to process your refund or issue your store credit after your item has been received. Once we have processed your refund, it may take a few additional days for the funds to post to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?

We do our best to ensure every order is perfect. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include in your message:

  • Your order number.

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will cover all costs associated with returning and replacing a damaged or incorrect item.
